I have been aware of Pat Zaby for many of my 39 years as a Realtor and have always been impressed when I have been in a training in the past where he was the speaker. Since 2014 I have been using his "In Touch" which is wonderful. Today I contacted Michael who was terrific and patient with me in making changes in my use of the system. I had realized that there were many names of people in my Contacts list that had died and not been removed in the list by me, and he hoped me with that. Of course, you get more out of the Program when you follow up more with those contact who are getting it.
